Established in 2014.
My family owned and operated a small 30 room hotel in Puerto Rico since 1983. It was here where I found my passion for the Food and Beverage industry. After years of preparing cocktails and entrees in many different establishments I took a chance on myself and opened the Eighty 80/20 Twenty....The Meat Wagon
